Yoga means "to unite."

Unite what? Mind and body through breath.

There are many different styles of yoga and meditation to suit differing needs and temperaments. During my 15 years in Asia, I studied Hatha yoga, and this is what I share.

Hatha yoga combines a focus on deep, diaphragmatic breathing, with a fluid flow of body movements. 

For meditation, there are many methods to calm the mind and cultivate happiness, creating the causes and conditions for our inate, radiant compassionate essence to arise.

Our 30 to 60 minute session will be tailored to your needs and skill level, leaving your body & mind refreshed and relaxed. Peace.
